The library was a perfect place for a small to medium-sized meeting.  It is conveniently located with onsite or nearby parking.  Logistics were handled with professionalism and timeliness and most importantly the friendly customer service provided was far beyond anything I have experienced at other conference venues.  I highly recommend the library for non-profit and for profit organizations.

I would have to say that this was the best meeting space, I have used in years. The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. The location was excellent, and the room was extremely comfortable. The temperature was good, the lighting very good, and the video set up was perfect. Easy to set up and WI-FI was very strong. But in case you are technically challenged, someone was on hand to help. Another thing that was nice is since it is in a library, it was extremely quiet during our meeting. We have all rented those rooms where the background noise distracts you, but none of that here. I would strongly recommend anyone having a meeting to call the Central Library and rent have it there. Also the location is beautiful.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive in showcasing the available spaces, answering questions, and being quite flexible. "It was an absolute pleasure working with the folks at the Indianapolis Library for our film. We had been desperate to find a quiet location for our interviews that would also have a sense of reverence and the Library was the perfect venue for what we needed. What was a complete and welcome surprise was the professionalism and service that the event staff and coordinators gave us. We experienced first class service and every need was accommodated. Everything from the size of the service elevator to the access to different rooms made our job infinitely easier. They have a great location and a great staff.
